Content Guidelines

• Artists must ensure that all content shared or promoted through our platform complies with our community standards and legal requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding explicit or offensive content, respecting copyright laws, and adhering to our Terms of Use.

Ticketing Practices

• Artists are responsible for setting fair and transparent pricing for their tickets, taking into consideration factors such as demand, production costs, and market trends.
• Artists should not engage in ticket scalping or reselling practices that exploit fans or violate our Terms of Use.

Promotional Activities

• Artists are encouraged to actively promote their releases and listening events through our platform and other channels. However, promotional activities should be conducted in a respectful manner and in compliance with our guidelines.
• Artists should refrain from engaging in spamming, deceptive advertising, or other unethical promotional tactics that could harm the integrity of our platform or the fan experience.

Fan Engagement

• Artists are expected to engage with their fans in a positive and respectful manner, both online and offline. This includes responding to "behind the scenes" requests, reacting to fan comments, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all fans.
• Artists should not engage in any behavior that could be considered harassment, discrimination, or abuse towards fans or other users of our platform.

Legal Compliance

• Artists must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their activities, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and anti-discrimination laws.
• Artists should not promote or engage in any illegal or unethical activities through our platform, including but not limited to piracy, fraud, or hate speech.

Feedback and Accountability

• Artists are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions for improving our platform and services. Likewise, artists are subject to feedback from fans and users regarding their releases, performances, and interactions on our platform.
• In cases where artists violate our policies or fail to meet our community standards, appropriate actions may be taken, including warnings, account suspensions, or termination of access to our platform.
